"Pretty darn hot"
These peppers are seriously hot, like way hotter than I figured they’d be. I only used a little bit and it was still kind of intense

"Everything showed up just fine"
I know some people get picky about shipping stuff, but my order from Puckerbutt Pepper Company came exactly how it was supposed to. Every bottle I picked was in the box, nothing was missing, and there weren’t any weird mixups.

The packaging was solid too, so I don’t really have anything to complain about. Nothing leaked, nothing broke, and it was all straightforward, which is all I was expecting anyway. I’d order from them again.

"First impression was fine, but replies were slow"
My first impression of PuckerButt Pepper Company was decent overall. I placed my order, and the product showed up fine, so there wasn’t really anything wrong on that end.

The only thing that stuck with me was the response time. I had a shipping question and ended up waiting a few days to hear back. When they finally replied, they were polite and helpful, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just slower than I would’ve liked when I was trying to figure out where my order was.

"Really good flavor, not just heat"
I tried a couple of sauces from PuckerButt and yeah, they’re actually really good. The hot ones definitely come in strong, like you notice them right away, but they still taste like peppers and not just pain in a bottle. I was expecting more of a gimmicky heat thing, but nope, there’s real flavor there.

One bottle was a little more vinegary than I’d normally go for, so that’s probably the only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5. But then again, I kept putting it on tacos, and it was great on eggs too, so clearly it didn’t bother me that much. I’d buy them again for sure...

"I’ve ordered from Puckerbutt a handful of times..."
I’ve ordered from Puckerbutt a handful of times, the shipping has been solid every time. Everything usually shows up fast, packed well, and I haven’t had anything leak or go missing. The tracking is clear enough that I can tell what’s going on without having to think about it too much. They send what I ordered, it gets here quickly, and that’s about all I need. I’d say they’ve been reliable for me.

"Fresh peppers, not like the stale stuff elsewhere"
My order showed up quick, and the peppers were really fresh. You could tell they hadn’t just been sitting in some back room forever like some places seem to do. Great heat, good flavor, and definitely solid quality. I’ll be ordering again.
